The Fabrics unit has a fully verticalized industrial park with 60,400 m² of usable area and 35,700 m² of built area, intended for the fabrication and finishing of automotive and non-automotive fabrics.

The Foams unit has an industrial park with 26,200 m² of usable area and 13,680 m² of built area, intended for the manufacture of foams in the most diverse densities and colors through the continuous foaming process. Block or laminated foams are provided for the most diverse applications.

The Covers unit has 12,200 m² of usable area and 5,620 m² of built-up area, intended for making covers for covering automotive seats and cutting fabrics for various applications.
